these are definitely the most distressed jeans that i have and this is equally the most distressed blouse as well. i didn't do that on purpose...it just worked out. the thing I love about these boyfriend jeans is the more I wear them the more distressed they become. the rips began to rip more and they look even better! this top is one of my favorites that i don't wear too often because its so delicate. ohhh did you check out my new clear clutch! im sooooo in love with it.

GET THE LOOK

picked up the top and sunnies from Loehmanns, one of my favorite department stores. I love what they've done with their Chelsea location. They gave it a refreshing update. I was just there recently and scored another great fashion steele! I'll be posting that little gem soon. Fashion Week starts on Thursday and I've stocked up on Rose Lemonades, almonds and craisins because I know I wont eat correctly for the rest of the week. I think Wednesday I will cook two meals and make left overs so I don't suffer during New York Fashion Week. Sometimes I get sick from lack of food and sleep. This year I vow to take better care of myself.

i've been eyeing this Gryphon skirt for awhile and when it finally went on sale...i was sold. i can imagine wearing it with a slouchy tank and this utility jacket or this denim jacket. also picked up some new Ray Ban aviators.

Spring Trends Guide 2013: Stripes, Snake and Straps

Spring is hopefully right around the corner...well at least it officially begins in 20 something days. Although I doubt we will feel the effects at all here in New York. A nice bright 45 degrees day is all we get around here. It's one of the downfalls of living in New York. The winters last for effing ever and the Summer doesn't get here till June. It's times like these I yearn for my downsouth roots! Anywho I've put together lots and lots of outfit posts to showcase some of Spring (and summers) hottest trends that you can easily try out.

I got this striped top from H&M like 1.5 years ago and just kinda held on to it because I figured stripes would be a "thing" again..lol. I love pairing a stripe with a print like these snake print Current Elliot Jeans or these printed shorts I last wore this top with. These Current Elliot jeans were a fashion STEELE at $30 from a sample sale at Loehmanns. By the way if you live near a Loehmanns the sale is still going on! I also scored these Marni x Current Elliot Jeans there too. I toped this outfit off with my new loves...the Alexander Wang Nicola Mules. They are gorge! Got them on ShoeScribe on SALE! Yippie. I am having a serious love affair with Alexander Wang shoes right now. The double ankle strap is what really caught my attention. Ankle straps are HOT! Check out these, these and these. Go on...get on the ankle strap band wagon! So here are a few Spring trends all wrapped up in a bow in one outfit. If mixing isn't your forte just go for a striped top and boyfriend jeans.

Loehmanns Italian Event

You all know that Loehmann's is one of my absolute favorite stores to score designer deals at a Fashion Steele! I was so elated with they invited me to their warehouse to view the new pieces that will be sold at the Loehmann's Italian Event that will take place on February 27th. It was really a dream come true to peruse the racks upon racks of Valentino, Moschino, Missoni and Dolce and Gabbana.
