Gearing up for The 2013 Red Dress Collection Fashion Show

As the blogger ambassador for Diet Coke Heart Truth I get to attend the infamous  Red Dress Collection^SM  Fashion Show tomorrow. I am super excited as I've always wanted to attend this very special event that raises awareness for women's heart health. I can't wait to update you all on the celebrity models and cool back stage access. Some celebrities that will model in The Heart Truth^® Red Dress Collection Fashion Show include: Minka Kelly, Gabby Douglas, Kris Jenner and Toni Braxton!

Yes....I am beyond thrilled! Since I will be covering this event I thought it would be great to find a special red dress to report all the details of the show in.

National Wear Red Day

I don't know if you know it but today is National Wear Red Day^®! National Wear Red Day^® is a day of action to show support for women and heart disease awareness. Being that I recently just begun my love affair with this color I chose to wear this red peplum skirt. I picked this skirt up while visiting Barcelona last year. I thought it was perfect for this occasion.

It's desolate outside. the trees are bare but underneath the surface everything's still alive...just waiting for Spring. I too am waiting for Spring. I don't know how many of these brick cold winter days I can take but until the Spring...I can at least wear some florals.
