Clearly I'm not over overalls and don't suspect I will be anytime soon. These babies will carry right into fall with an ankle boot and a trench coat.

Currently wearing as many summery shoes as possible before I have to pack my toes away for winter. Ahhh Winter..my least favorite season. Its too hard to look cute with a bubble coat.

le sigh. I had an awesome time in Paris but I'm so glad to be home.

 



better late than never

Independence Day has come and gone. It was brutally hot. I went for this red, white and denim blue look. The overalls I picked up from Urban Outfitters, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite stores. See them worn differently HERE. It's easy breezy but its pretty expensive...even more so than Zara on occasion. I actually got a few new items from Urban Outfitters today. Even though i'm on a spending freeze until I go to Paris I had to have this one special t-shirt!

borrowed my babes sunnies for this look. the mirrored sunglasses really added that extra touch of blue I was looking for for this outfit. Anywho I am so happy the weather is finally cooling down a little in New York City. I am actually really ready for Fall! Before I know it it will be time for Fashion Week again! overall chic..yes its possible

overalls and chic aren't really two words that belong in the same sentence. when I first got this denim overall cutoffs set from Urban Outfitters I wasn't sure how I'd wear them. then it just came to me. I decided to try to dress them up. Which I thought would be quite an impossible task but with the right footwear and a blazer...I think I made it work.
