linen, leather and velvet

talk about mixing fabrics. my aim was to incorporate as many fabrics into one outfit as possible.
lol just kidding it just kind of turned out that way actually.










Outfit

Ummmmm WTH is up with this crazy weather. These photos were taken last week when NYC was still hitting 70s then all of a sudden IT SNOWS. and not just a little bit of Snow...
IT SNOWED LIKE IT WAS JANUARY.
OMG.
I am now wearing sweats, Uggs, a beanie and a NorthFace.
I CANNOT believe it. Hopefully I won the powerball last night so I can only live in NYC during Spring and Summer and jet off to Mexico in the winters.
We can all dream right?
i love the mixture of colors in this outfit. I think purple and skyblue is an awesome color combination.
this is one of my favorite leather jackets that I got at Nordstrom's Rack this past summer on sale.

    The combination of fabric material looks great. I'm always cautious about doing that because I think it would look horrible. I"m having problems commenting on your page under my blogger name is it my computer. Have you seen this problem before?

    LOVE the mixtures of texture and colors in this outfit! that pastel green and brown leather is so unexpected but works so well together! Really diggin your jacket! OMG and who would have thought NYC would get snow before Canada? LOL I am shocked!

    This jacket is everything! And I love that you're wearing a body suit as a shirt. I'll tell you what, that Jessica Simpson 'Dany' Platform is still going strong.

    I just about fell out from laughter when you said "IT SNOWED LIKE IT WAS JANUARY." LOL. My mom said it snowed in VA as well. It hasn't gotten to snow yet here in Atlanta but it's still COLD.
