while at the visiting the showroom last week i kept gravitating towards

Oscar the Third pieces. Oscar the Third is as Australian line by Jessian Polk.

It is also sold at one of my favorite online sites that I stalk Shopbop.com.

I saw this jumpsuit and instantly was in love. Perfect color too.

I got to take this amazing jumpsuit home for a few days and styled it with a Goddess of Babylon bag (another awesome australian designer). My Charles Jourdan pumps worked nicely with the zippered bottom of the jumpsuit. I think my collection of jumpsuits here and here will be growing.

I'm on the hunt for an all white jumpsuit now.

this dress is perfectly sweet so I edged it up a bit with a little MAC Red lipstick. Its my favorite lipstick ever. Old faithful. I'm back to wearing my Jeffrey Campbell Fords with everything too. They are super comfortable although everytime I wear them some guy says...ohh "be careful". I hate when guys try to hit on you by saying something totally stupid. I want to be like

"hey ahole I've been walking in heels for 13 years..I think I can handle it!"

but i just nod..smile..and keep it moving.

little black dress

mama's got a brand new dress.

i really needed a new little black dress. I have this one which is a bandage dress but I needed one that was less va-va-voom and more...sophisticated. I paired it with my new Linya Boutique 9 babies that I picked up at Century 21.

I love the movement of this dress and how the top portion is sheer (wearing a black bra underneath). Oh this new little purse is my latest purchase and obsession. Although I wont be able to fit a damn thing in it but a key and some lipstick...I am smitten with it.

For some reason I can see myself strolling the streets of Paris with this very tiny bag.

one day kids...one day!

I love the LBD but i think the LWD had made its way into every fashionistas closet.

Does this dress look familiar? Probably so because I posted a similar outfit post with this dress in a different color HERE! Do you notice anything different about this post? (Well I know atleast my Anonymous commenter does). Yes I am without lipstick. Most of the time I am wearing red lipstick in ALL my posts except HERE and HERE! But most of the time I wear red..it's my thing and I don't experiment too often.

For my 9-5 job I'm not allowed to dress up, I usually wear a lab coat. I can't wear perfume or have long nails. So when I'm not at work I like to feel pretty and RED lips does it for me. Probably because I dont wear a lot of red, actually almost none and only wear it on my lips, and sometimes finger nails.

Today was actually a hella cold Winter day in NYC. My favorite season is Spring but I love dressing for Fall. Winter is by far my most hated season. I hate cold wind slapping my face, I also hate walking in snow. I hate cold rain. But without Winter...there'd be no Spring.
