Heels: Zara

If you follow me on Instagram you've already seen these gorge platform heels.

I was kinda over the "Platform" until I saw these white, tan and black beauties at Zara.

Scooped them up for a whooping $19.99.

How I do love the Zara sale. Hurry before its over.

They kinda remind me of these Charlotte Olympia sandals. Speaking of Charlotte Olympia cant wait till in gets a littler cooler to bust these velvet green beauties of a wedge heel out. Paris perhaps.

i still haven't quite figured out stripes yet and this is still the only stripe top I have but I'm steadily trying to work it into my wardrobe more. I would love to pair it with a floral skirt but alas I don't have the skirt that I see in my mind that i'd like to wear it with. Don't you hate when you have the perfect outfit in your head but can't find it in real life. I guess that's why some people learn to sew...I am not one of those people lol.

GET THE LOOK

I got these cute flats from Zara about 2 weeks ago when I went on an insane shopping spree there. They are super comfy and I love the design of them. I've worn them just about everyday. They look great with a skirt but i've mostly been rocking them with boyfriend jeans for a classier look. Did you peep my new shoes on instagram? For others who are Alexander Wang lovers...the sample sale in New York starts Tuesday and I took the day off! lol.

Fall is in the air

yes...Fall is in the air. there is a slight chill during the days now and gentle cool breezes at night. I've stopped using my air conditioner which is how I know for sure Fall is on the horizon. Buzz about New York Fashion Week has started stirring which is another tale-tale sign of Fall. Then there are the major sales happening everywhere and the September issues of magazines which are always extra heavy. I'm slightly sad summer is almost gone but happy because of all the things September will bring such as cozy light weight sweaters, booties and dark lipstick. Not to mention fashion week and Paris!

this is my new favorite light weigh sweater that I scored at Zara for $19.99 a fashion STEELE no doubt. I've worn it several times since purchase and am thinking of going back and stocking up on other colors. I also got these fab booties too. I've been looking for something similar and they are very Alexander Wang like and I love that they are simple and the leather is very supple. I cant wait till they are worn in and scuffed up.

Ain't Laurent without Yves

I am a huge YSL fan. And yes...it's weird without that "Y". I bought my first pair of YSL's in 2011 and have worn the hell out of them. They are just the perfect classic pump and I will love them forever. When I saw this tee in Urban Outfitters I had to have it. I have since worn it about a million and one times including on a date night with my beau to Benihana's while wearing my YSL's.

GET THE LOOK

thanks to everyone on instagram who told me to get these camo jeans! I'm telling you Forever 21 has been surprising me a lot lately. Fun fact: I used to work at Forever 21 (the huge one in Union Square). I must say...I met some awesome people but I still cringe when I think of the late nights I spent re-organizing sections of the store only to see them destroyed again the next day. Anywho these jeans are the perfect fit (yall know how hard it is to find the perfect fitting jeans) and they are perfect shade of camouflage. I love how the red wangs pop against the camouflage too. Kinda unexpected but somehow it all works. I'm on a printed tee kick right now. I'm even having some made...especially for fashion week! Yes, its right around the corner and although I'm gonna try to take it easy this season I'm already getting butterflies. First comes New York...then comes Paris! Eeeek!
