Saks OFF 5th

Today I went to heaven...and by heaven I mean Paramus, New Jersey to the Saks OFF 5th Store. When I got the invite to experience the new saksoff5th.com website and visit the store...I jumped at the opportunity. Even though it meant a 6:30 a.m. wakeup call. It was well worth it. So today I boarded a bus with other fashion enthusiast and tastemakers and we were whisked over the George Washington Bridge and into New Jersey (where the magic outlets happen).
As of Monday September 30th, saksoff5th.com has been in full swing offering designer duds (think Rebecca Minkoff, Manolo Blahnik, Zac Posen, Nicholas Kirkwood), for up to 55% off YEAR ROUND!!! The site itself is a breeze to use with new arrivals added daily and FashionFix Flash Sales featuring a notable designer every 48 hours. Now that's fast designer fashion!
I suggest you take FULL advantage of the Saks OFF 5th More! Program. It's a free membership...yes FREE, in which you can get additional savings (on top of the already deeply discounted prices) in store and online. WOOT WOOT. I am already trying to work out how in the heck I can get back to New Jersey! At times like these I wish I had a car but at least I can still pick up these fabulous Stuart Weitzman Over the Knee boots I've been eyeing for 40% off online.
We were treated to a lovely breakfast and then given the go ahead to run wild and free in the Saks OFF 5th store. If the website gives you a clean, modern, easy to navigate feel than you will love the actual store. Of course I made a bee-line straight for the shoes.

You will die. I died a little and then came back to life when I tried on THEE "Woman's Right to Shoes" Manolo Blahnik's that Carrie Bradshaw wore and then lost (at a party because there were no shoes allowed) and then had her friend rebuy for her. It was my first time trying on Manolo's and they looked damned good and on sale too. I cannot deal.

Thus...my new favorite website for designer deals.... saksoff5th.com.
Check it out, you will NOT be disappointed.

Navigating the Columbus Day Sales

What I love most about Holidays besides the food on Thanksgiving and the gifts at Christmas are the SALES! There are tons and I mean tons of awesome Columbus Day Sales happening now! Take full advantage to get the best fashion STEELE's of the season. Here's your guide to the best of the web sales.
ASOS is having an up to 50% off sale on Fall 2013 Collections! Here are a few of my favs up for grabs.

The Outnet one of my favorite online destinations for designer duds is offering an extra 40% off at checkout.

YOOX my favorite site for amazing designer shoes for next to nothing is also having a sale. Hurry it ends today! It's for members with an account (set one up immediately. its free and you can create wishlists a mile long). It has merchandise up to 90% off. I'm seriously contemplating buying 4 pairs of shoes today. One pair was a whooping 1000+ dollars and are now down to $150! Thank me later.

Forever 21 is also having a 50% off Columbus Day Sale with Code: EXTRA50 for 50% off already Reduced Items.

Barney's Warehouse is also having a pretty insane Columbus Day Sale with 50% off bags and 40% off Accessories!

Urban Outfitters is also having a great sale. 50% off sale items!

Bloomingdales is having a 25-50% off Select Merchandise Sale. Its well worth checking out!

Outside of clothing and shoes...I am a lover of great stationary! I love a personalized thank you card and holiday card. This is the best time to pick these up. I always like to send a holiday card or a thank you card to PR agencies that invite me to their clients fashion shows or events. Its a great way to build relationships and to stand out. Crane & Co has some of the best designers and are especially fashion forward. They are offering 10% off of all holiday cards until November!

HAPPY SHOPPING! Free free to post any other sales you know about in the comments section!
